Green eye makeup, particularly in the form of metallics and glitter, were very prevalent on the catwalk this season. To me, it’s such a fun colour and brings me so much joy. I particularly liked the metallic green looks on the Versace models. I think that people often associate cruelty free makeup with ‘green’ brands. And, these brands tend to follow a trajectory of boring, subtle, basic neutrals. But I hope that this post proves there are so many options of fully pigmented, colourful eye makeup on the CF market.
Stila have released new colours in their liquid eyeshadows, and a new dual toned shadow palette. All the new shades look fab. Both £20+
Two pressed powder shadows, and cream shadow sticks from KIKO make colourful eyes accessible at affordable prices. All around £8
Charlotte Tilbury offers emerald and khaki, in the form of shadow sticks and a four shade palette. Sticks are around £20 and palettes around £40
Lemonhead LA offer luxe glitter pots, in varieties of colours. This is their neon sparkly green. £24
Or, for a more subtle look, you could just line your eyes with a subdued green colour. This pencil is by Beauty Pie. £7.99
Disclaimer: this is not a review post, the only products I have tried in this post are the KIKO shadows which were very good for their price. This is just a bit of a shopping guide xxx
